It is shocking to me that I cannot find another review of this restaurant in Unilocal. This by far the best place for milk fed baby lamb in the world.(the Spaniards call it lechazo). It is roasted in a wood fired clay oven and the same chef has been working the oven every time I have dined in here for the last fifteen years and that must be at least ten times. If you feel a little spendy make sure to have the Jabugo de Bellota as an appetizer it is the greatest ham on earth! The service is first class and the place is really busy so make sure to make a reservation or be prepared to wait. I usually have lunch here around 3pm and it is always packed, I think all of Spain comes here as some kind of pilgrimage!
