McGettigan’s prides itself in providing a modern Irish experience, and we’ll get to see this in the food and the décor. For this event, Elites will be given exclusive access to The Malt Room, their private event room on the second level. We’ll get to try some bites, and each guest will be given a free pint of Heineken on arrival. Sláinte!

A five stars Unilocal elite event!
I love pubs that serve excellent finger food, and at McGettigan’s the finger food is not that finger sized! I love the amazing beef sliders especially, where the beef patty is cooked to perfection and the size is just slightly smaller than a burger!
Besides that, the prawn tempura was good, buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce were finger licking good, teriyaki fish is fresh, and there’re just so many good food!
The environment at the malt room is classy! I enjoy the done up of the place and it’s laid back and relaxing over a cuppa fresh draft beer.
They serve Guinness! Irishhhhh pub!

great company and great food! an awesome, well-​organized event that reminded me why i love Unilocal.it’s been awhile since i’ve had some great finger foods, and McGettigans really took me by surprise. The sliders and the fried pork belly were my favorites, and added with the complimentary Heineken, everyone went home well-​fed and happy. thanks again, Michelle M.

Hopefully the first of many YEE i’ll be attending. From the moment we entered McGettigan’s its felt like a place to catch up with friends and have a story filled evening. The Malt room is perfect for small gatherings, the drink selection is wide and the food we tried hit the spot — the crisp pork belly popcorn and wholesome angus beef sliders were the standouts.
Definitely coming back one evening to chill out with friends and family. Thanks to Michelle M and her merry band of helpers for a nice event.

Very nice ambience. Especially love the book shelves decorations on the ground level bar and the Japanese style stained glass corner. McGettigen have the best tasting bar food so far among all that I have tried. Was pleasantly surprised. The Angus beef sliders are done to perfection. It was so much better than some specialized burger place that I have visited. A MUST try item. The tempura prawn presentation was so pretty using a champagne glass and the Saseme dip compliment the prawn so well. Well done. Would definitely strongly recommend my friends and social media followers to visit

It’s easy to overlook McGettigan’s in the Clark Quay scene, but it’s definitely worth stopping by. The YEE was definitely one of the better ones! Start with the location, the YEE was held upstairs in the Malt Room, which is a sweet private party room where you can hang out with about 50 of your buddies. There is a separate bar with about 6 beers on draft and lots of whiskey, including some harder to find Irish whiskeys. The set up is classy yet comfortable. As for the food and drinks, this was one YEE where you didn’t walk away hungry. The sliders and tempura prawns were quite tasty but the fried pork belly was a real winner — sweet and crispy on the outside, rich and flavorful inside. And it all went down well with the complimentary cold Heineken at the event. Definitely a fun YEE and thanks to Michelle M for organizing!
