El Nilo is a great cafeteria-​style joint in the heart of Rio Piedras. Would recommend going the day they serve Arab food (either Wednesday or Thursday, can’t remember). Love the rice pilaf and lamb. If going on a regular day, seek out the fried grouper chicharrones, ask for a lemon wedge, and enjoy.
