History

Established in 2015.

We started in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico, as the first cold pressed juices store and now we are in Condado. We want to serve healthy food, but also unique.

This place opened late and closed early all week I was here. I even came at 7am before a tour since it says they open at 7; but I stared at the guy prepping until 7:10 as I waited at the door never acknowledged

Stumbled upon this place while strolling through PR. Was about to head to a bar but we ditched the guys and wanted some juice. I had the awakening pressed juice — watermelon, cucumber and lemon. It was pretty good and refreshing. My friend got the Popeyes lemonade– lemonade with blended spinach. I had a sip and it was delicious !! The place is super cute and very New York like.

Clean, friendly, cool, and most importantly — healthy food options. Had the tropical acai bowl twice during our stay. It was awesome. Also had the Healthy Start breakfast which was delicious. It’s a short walk from the Condado hotels. Like others have said — it’s a nice change of pace from the heavier, more traditional, local cuisine. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing! The acai bowl was delicious and the staff were so generous. They let us try their gluten free brownie (which was also great) and the chef gave us tasters of their soup of the day in case we wanted to come back for lunch. The service here was the best we have come across so far on our vacation and we already plan to go back every morning for breakfast.

I came here four days in a row just for the acai bowl! It was delicious! Their coffee is great too, and the staff is very friendly. This is a perfect spot for a light breakfast before you go to the beach.

This place is honestly amazing! I have been vacationing in this area consecutively for over 20 years. I found this location about 3 years ago. I have only been to the bajuice located in Isla Verde. There is one other location on the island. I have met the owner, his business partner and his wife, they are extremely friendly and kind to their guests. Their smoothies are all amazing. Their wraps are so original, through out my travels I have not found a location with similar recipes. The acai bowl is great it tastes like a fresher version of Jamba juices acai bowl. I 100% recommend this location to anyone who would like a delicious and healthy meal.

This location gets 5 starts because there is no other juice place near San Juan. If I am correct they are the only Cold pressed location in the area. My wife and I came in here almost everyday. The juices are fresh and food is delicious. The cashier was very attentive and also gave us advice on local tourist areas.

This is a great spot to get breakfast, lunch, and juices to counteract all the puerto rican food you are ingestion during your stay.
Most juices aren’t freshly squeeze/pressed. They were premade, but they still tasted pretty fresh.
The juice combos were excellent. The food was always tasty. I ended up stopping here multiple times a day. I couldn’t have imagined a visit to this area without this place being around:)
It’s simply excellent. Everything is a solid 4 star quality.

Great place to eat something healthy and not pricey which is a plus in this area. The only thing that I have against it was that my wife asked for a protein juice and when they were making it we noticed that the expiration date of the protein powder was of 3 months ago.

Great spot for a healthy breakfast. Smoothies, eggs, cold pressed juiced, boxed water, coffee, espresso, etc. Pretty much a one-stop shop. The lunch menu looks pretty good as well. Although, I have not had the opportunity to eat lunch there yet.
It definitely takes a few minutes to get what you order, so if you are in a rush, you may want to wait until you are not. Atmosphere is contemporary and laid back.
Tip– if you want to tip, it must be in cash.

This place is by far the best place around.
It’s one of the few healthy options around.
Trust me you will need it after all the fried food in the island.
The service here is very friendly.
They have cold press juices, smoothies and healthy breakfast and lunch.
They are also vegan for those out there looking for a place.

We found Bajuice and could not let go. We ate here almost twice a day during our trip. I recommend the Obi Triple Stacker, the Tropical Acai Bowl, the Rise and Shine Omelette and any smoothie but the Beach Blondie was my favorite. I also had a wrap but once I learned they served breakfast all day… The Obi Triple Stacker won my heart.
Bajuice is cozy and has a great laid back atmosphere making it a great place to hang out which is great because the food takes a while to come out but I’m okay with that because everything is fresh and made to order. Order a smoothie if you are really hungry and that will come out first.
The staff is super helpful and friendly and we even got to dine with a celebrity one afternoon! Bajuice makes it on my list of favorite restaurants ever. I will miss it when I return to Florida. Take care guys and keep doing what you do! See you next year. :)

Fish tacos had too much cabbage but otherwise the fried fish was good. Wasn’t oily either, so it goes well with the whole healthy theme.
Cold pressed juices are decent, but can be easily replicates with your own juicer. I got the incredible four which was pretty healthy — carrots apple and ginger. Couldn’t remember the last ingredient, as I couldn’t really taste it.
Staff is friendly and doesn’t seem like a tourist trap even though it’s in the center of all the hotels, saw some locals come in here.
Come here for breakfast or a light lunch for detoxing after a wild night. :)

This place really stands out in an area that seems to overcharge tourists. They have an awesome menu and stylish décor. The ingredients seem very fresh. The acai bowls looked really good — if I had more time here I would keep coming back to this place.
I would definitely recommend this place. You can get it to go and probably bring it to a nearby resort pool or park on the water if you want a view when you eat.

One of my favorites during my trip to Puerto Rico! Delicious food & drinks! Everything is so fresh & full of flavor! We came here for breakfast one morning & made a second stop for a smoothie. I loved the Papayadise Smoothie, it was so yummy & was just sweet enough. I loved the combinations of the smoothies & it was so hard to choose. I had the Grandma’s Stuffed French Toast which was good but not great. I did appreciate the abundance of blueberries it came with because I love blueberries! The French toast was a large portion & just enough crisp. I wish I tried the Acai Bowls because they looked great! They have a good amount of options on their menu for both food & drinks. Everything looks to be fresh & made-to-order which is always awesome!
The service is great, very friendly & inviting. The shop is small but very cute & modern. At times there is a long line out the door so you know it’s good stuff! I can’t wait to come back & try it again!

Completely a fan of this place. From the delicious breakfast options to the shakes to free mint-flavored water. All around a great experience. Add in the pretty ladies behind the counter, I was a big fan. (Sorry, I know it has nothing to do with the food… but feel a need to mention.)
We had the bfast specials and bfast burritos and walked away very happy.
It’s a small place near where were staying so we got our food to go and went back to poolside.
Occasionally the food takes a while to come out, but we found it worth the wait.
Stop in on your next visit to San Juan, you won;t be disappointed.

Clean, modern, and healthy spot with many smoothie, breakfast, and lunch options.
Had the ironman breakfast and the beach blonde smoothie with protein.
The breakfast plate was delicious and had good balanced portions. Great healthy way to start my day before all the mofongo and mojitos later in the day.
The smoothie was lacking flavor and disappointing.

Apparently Acai bowls seem to be the «it» food in Condado, so naturally, I had to investigate the hype over this berry. I ordered the «Monkey Bowl» which includes an acai sorbet, granola, agave, banana, and peanut butter (I’m licking my lips right now just reminiscing). I can see what the fuss is about. This concoction is heavenly. It feels like you are scarfing down an ice cream sundae, but it’s all fruit and other healthy goodness.
Ba Juice also offers smoothies and natural fruit juices as well as sandwiches and a few cooked items. They close early, so go for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy!
