Hacienda Carabalí started 1972. As the years have progressed we have expanded to give great service to tourists and locals by our ATV and Horseback Riding Tours, Restaurant and our Go-​Karts Track!

History

Established in 1972.

Hacienda Carabalí property area was bought by Don Moncho Díaz along with his late wife Doña Nilda Pastrana. Starting off with nothing and just an amazing will to grow as a business man and woman, they started with a dairy farm in the land they bought.

As the years progressed and the family grew, so did the business. They looked to expand, at which point they began horseback riding tours in the rainforest and the beach and later on also added an excellent restaurant which specialty is the skirt streak to the property.

Few years later, Don Moncho’s and Doña Nilda’s children already had children of their own and they helped with the expansion of the park. In these last couple of years we have added the Go-​Kart Track and the ATV Tours to the slection of fine things to do in this tropical paradise.

In 2010 the decision was made to separate the Hacienda Carabalí from the park area. Thus Carabalí Rainforest Park was born, out of necessity as were no longer a ranch, we became a theme park.
