I’m surprised at the one-star reviews here. I have to admit this is not the best customer service you’ll see but, it’s not horrible either. Yes, people are informal and sometimes you can totally tell they’re ready to call it a day but, I’ve come to realize that this is almost the norm here. They don’t do it to be disrespectful but it’s, unfortunately, the culture of many retailers here. They are sometimes too casual and too«familiar». They might be a little slow but they will answer all questions and tell you what type of cakes or dessert each is. I used to live here, and every time I come visit this is one of our stops. There is no way I’m leaving PR without having one of their Almond Cakes, and whatever else I pick when there. They make everything from carrot cake to pistachio cake, our typical Tembleque and Flan, tiramisu, and so much more in «party size» or individual pieces. There has not been one thing I’ve had that I haven’t liked. Yes, I’ll take 2 stars away for the service and because the inside is a little crammed with the chairs and tables but, I usually have everything to go so I’m not worried about it. Go past the service and the uncomfortable space and go for what they’re there for, the(Almond) Cakes. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased bread pudding and it was super mushy not the typical bread pudding also purchased a flan but it was too thick and dry. Don’t let the display fool you.
