Numa terra onde o peixe e o marisco são reis, assim que vi este estabelecimento, tive uma súbida necessidade de comer um hamburguer. O Burguer O’Clock é uma pequena«hamburgueria gourmet» no meio dos restaurantes e marisqueiras em Sesimbra. Com uma decoração simpática, a lista de hamburguers é bastante aceitável. Fiquei a olhar para o Ribeiro D’Cavalo, pois continha a palavra-chave«alheira», que me cativou imediatamente. Enquanto esperava pelo hamburguer, optei pelas casquinhas fritas, que não estavam nada más. Infelizmente, o hamburguer não era suficiente manuseável para o conseguir comer à mão(como eu gosto) e portanto tive que utilizar os talheres, que(na minha opinião) retira alguma magia ao momento. A carne estava óptima, bem temperada, um belo pedaço com aspecto rudimentar ou artesanal. Dispensava a maçã, que embora tenha adicionado alguma acidez, as fatias estavam ligeiramente rijas. As batatas que acompanhavam estavam muito boas e eram em quantidade suficiente. Quanto ao pão, foi a maior desilusão. Era demasiadamente fofo, com muito miolo, um pouco seco, não estava torrado nem aquecido. Por vezes, basta barrar o com um pouco de maionese ou manteiga de alho para fazer toda a diferença. Excepção à comida, o serviço foi impecável, 5 estrelas mesmo. Em suma, não foi o melhor hamburguer que comi até hoje, mas fiquei bastante satisfeito e espero ter mais oportunidades para lá voltar.

Ok, so I’m on vacation in Sesimbra for a month now. Seafood is great and wonderful in this fishing village, but I was ready for a change of something.(Other than Frango Guia, look that up) as I was leaving the beach, I noticed a poster about artesian burgers. Piqued, I sought it out and found it. This is the best find in Sesimbra! I only wish I had found it earlier. The Artesian burgers are the Bomb. Incredible. Incredible! You will not be disappointed; if you’re in the mood for a great burger. I had three varieties so far. (not in one day) They were all excellent. When I say excellent, I can only compare it to a $ 40.00 Kobe burger I’ve had once. Yes it’s like a Kobe burger, perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and blasting with flavor. I highly recommend this place as an alternative to the common seafood fare. Great!
