A 5 star, 5 star ! Incredible customer service. The concierge are awesome, nothing is too much trouble for Rui and Rodregiez. Tours booked, restaurant reservations made and cancelled and remade ! No problem. With other customers, they’ll call you back and they do. Need your wine and water from dinner brought to your room, no problem. Early check in /​late checkout, of course. Complementary wine with dinner, check. Basically, you want it you got it.
The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Great view over the square. The only downside was a traffic jam on the street between 5pm-​6pm with lots of honking of car horns. Hotel is well positioned to explore Porto on foot.
We had a great stay and would come back again.
