Every part of our experience has been first class. The front desk personnel were fast and curious. The bar help were amazing. And the rooms, although small, had all of the necessary amenities tomboy need! I would recommend it to anyone coming to Lisbon.

Our taxi driver was extremely impressed with the Tivoli Lisboa, going on at length about the idyllic location on Lisbon’s Champs Élysées and the hotel chain’s strategic significance in propping up one of the nation’s bank chains. Upon arrival, we appreciated the multilingual guest service, generously proportioned room, close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and lush garden pool. Oh, and the bed — extremely comfortable. In contrast to the large room, the bathroom with its floor to ceiling carrara marble, was very tight. They charge $ 15 a day for wifi, stingy given the $ 300 euro nightly rate. Or perhaps I just had an inferiority complex surrounded by so many nattily dressed and well heeled European travelers. A fine hotel, but a tad high fallutin’ for my easy breezy ways.

Great hotel with great location. Their rooms are clean and very modern. The personal was nice. The only I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast buffet was almost empty when there was 30 min to close, so I had to go earlier to catch more selection. Would expect better. Did enjoy my stay.

Not the most modern hotel, but it has charm. The location is easily the best thing about this place. You can walk to a lot of Lisbon’s major tourist spots from this hotel. The staff is great here too. They gave my wife and I free champagne and desserts for our honeymoon. After carrying our luggage to our room, the bellhop left before I could tip him. The free breakfast is very good and in a nice setting. Try going up to the rooftop restaurant to check out the views. I’m not a big fan of the pool. It has an urban garden feel which others may like though.

I was impressed when I first walked in, and really wanted to love this place. But I didn’t… The beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was a good buffet, and the location is great. There were so many hiccups in this trip that I wouldn’t stay again: 1. They first put me in the same room as my boss. After getting that fixed, my key card didn’t work. Not a fun experience at 1030 pm, when all I want to do is sleep. 2. The keys stopped working on the third day. 3. They messed up my check out day. Another half hour fiasco. 4. The sky bar was closed, and they wouldn’t honor the free drink voucher at the other bars. Not a big deal, but not very service-oriented for a «5 star» hotel. The drink could only be a small glass of gross port, I found out the next day. I didn’t drink it. It was that awful. 5. Too much attention paid to trying to make money off of you. Paying for nespresso pods? Not I any other hotel have I had to.

Todo o Hotel é lindíssimo e a vista do último andar é fabulosa.
