This was an unreal experience. The guy that came to pick up the rug was a lier. I told him carefully that the rug was old, and he had to be extremely careful with it. It was an original from Morocco, and the only thing to do was to remove (or a least some of it) the smell. The result was unreal — he delivered a totally different rug. he destroyed him. different color, horrible stains, and the smell continued. For worst, he charged me too much, and took him (after 4 times) 3 weeks to deliver again the rug. I have now a destroyed rug, a rug that was expensive and special to me. Remember, if you want to clean a rug, don’t go here. they will promise the world and deliver something totally different. a total trap. If I would be able to share the ‘before and after’ photo I have, you will be shocked…

É um sossego com a Starsec, porque além da limpeza a seco e do serviço de engomadoria, têm ido lá casa fazer a limpeza de sofás e tapetes e têm agora um serviço de instalação de móveis ou de reparação/substituição de vidros e pequenas reparações que dá sempre jeito. Os preços estão na média, mas o serviço integrado é uma mais-valia
