We ordered the chef menu, a menu surprise. I believe when theres this option in a michelin star chef restaurant like José Avillez its definitely worth ti go for it. Its a 11 «moments» menu all like finger food amazing in the taste and research, considering the proposal of the place My major concern was to end a tasting menu with a hamburger. Its a non blend to end a tasting and completely out of what came before. The buger was amazing by itself but not to end a delicate menu. Should be like a fish dish or meat with the talent of the chef. So if you go ask for the chef menu but make sure to say you dont want hamburger ;) As wine we have an amazing Meruge. Check it out!

We went here for our last night in Lisbon. So glad we did. We did not have reservations so we arrived a few minutes before they opened. We were able to get a seating at the bar. We ordered the chef’s 13 course tasting menu. Everything was fantastic. The cocktails were also delicious. They whole evening was about 3 hours long, and it was the best way to end our trip.

If you love good foods, funky bouchees and cocktails, PLEASE. Be sure to stop by this amazing gem the next time you are in Lisbon. Minibar is amazing. We went for quick drinks and a few bouchees and loved it so much we went back for the full tasting menu during our trip in Lisbon. The service is profesional and refreshingly friendly. It’s a little more expensive than your average Lisbon restaurant — but for the quality of the food they serve, this place is worth every penny.

This place deserves 5 stars over and over. The staff is incredibly friendly, great sense of humor and charm. The food is amazing. It’s innovative and fun and the flavors are to die for. MUST get the ceviche! The theater concept is cool too. Have to come back to Lisbon just to come to Minibar.

Lisbon you continue to impress! Visited Mini Bar at about 8pm on a Saturday night without a reservation — the tables in the dining room were all booked but we snagged a spot in the cozy bar area out front. The food here was phenomenal! Starting with the El Bulli exploding olives, the delicious avocado tempura(we had to go back for seconds — how do they make it so good!!!), codfish nuggets, braised tuna wow. Mini didn’t put a foot wrong! Fantastic service to boot — extremely knowledgeable about the food and always served with a touch of humour. Will definitely come back here when I return to Lisbon!

Stopped in for small plates on a whim. Servers were extremely friendly & welcoming, space is cozy yet modern. Food is minimal(aka minuscule) and just ok from what we tasted. The egg app was yummy yet salty, stay away from the ceviche app & tuna entrée. The former is laughable and the latter lacks deserved delicacy. Expensive.

This was the highlight of my day when I arrived in Lisbon. Since I live in the US, reservations are pretty hard because you can only phone in reservations. So I walked in right when they opened and got a seat. The drinks were amongst the best I’ve ever had so please feel free and imbibe! We had the chef’s tasting menu and MAN what a great menu. I don’t know if this changes or not but there were no dishes that were disappointing. I’m not going to get into the food but I believe there were 12 courses for 47 euros. Awesome deal and awesome food. If you guys can get a reservation, I would recommend this place in a heart beat as well as try to get a reservation in Jose Avillez’s marque restaurant Belcanto as well.

Delicious food, creative presentation, and yummy cocktails! The«Macbeth» was different from anything I’ve tried before and just perfectly balanced. The Manhattan was good, per my hubby. The bartender was super cool and friendly, we would definitely come back. This is an establishment that ranks up there with top notch San Francisco restaurants.
