This is one of the best Indian restaurants I´ve ever been to! If you are in Lisbon there´s absolutely no excuse to not go there and enjoy a fabulous dinner. Making a reservation is easy since the staff speaks good English and is very friendly. The location itself seems small and inconspicuous at first, but when entering the restaurant you´re positively surprised. Although the setting is simple, there are numerous lovely little details(like animal stickers above every table) that make this place welcoming and enjoyable. We ordered mango lassis, three different starters, two main courses, dessert and coffee. If you´re a garlic lover don´t miss out on the garlic naan. It´s so fluffy and garlicy that you´ll order a second serving. And the prawn curries– pure perfection! The texture and flavour were amazing. The same goes for the almond cake and mango sorbet. Coffee is, as everywhere in Lisbon, strong and uplifting. Cherry on top: Free Wi-Fi, lovely staff, reasonable prices.

THISISANINDIANRESTAURANT. It’s very good, but I expected something more fishy and Portuguese because the name is «Fishtail.» They have wifi, and the Chicken Mango is awesome. The bottles of wine are pretty small though, but very good.

Me and my friend visited Fishtail on our jest night in Lisbon. Not knowing many places or the area, it was lovely to be welcomed by such a friendly waiter. We were offered free poppadum with dips to start, and then chose two chicken currys with rice. Lovely tender chicken in the curry — my only qualm was that it could have had more flavour. I can absolutely recommend the coconut naan to have as a side — the best I’ve ever had! An absolutely bargain though! For two currys with rice, naan, two drinks and poppadum to start it was approx € 20! Go go go!

I came here with my boyfriend a week or two ago in the evening and all the food was AMAZING. Thank you Fishtail for such a memorable experience. It was great to try Indian food in Lisbon and have it be so wonderful. If you’re in Lisbon you must try this restaurant out. The service is also great!

This place was awesome. Great food, great service abd great ambiance. Everything tasted freshly made and had a very good flavor. We ordered saag paneer, chicken tikka masala and chili chicken, it was all very good. This place is also very reasonably priced. I would go here every weekend if I lived here!!!

This restaurant was totally amazing. We went there first for a lunch deal. We walked in and the atmosphere was fantastic. We take our Lunch and again reserved a group table for an evening meal the next night. The staff were friendly and took the time to talk to us. The prices were very reasonable. When next in Lisbon we will definitely dine in this Fishtail restaurant again.
