Hai Duong is a pretty standard Vietnamese-​Chinese bistro. While the food might not be authentic, it’s tasty and cheap. One noteworthy factor here is the size of the dishes: they’re huge. I ordered the veal on a hot-​plate and the stuff was spilling out all over the place. Halfway through I was already completely stuffed.
