Mięta is one of my favorite places to go in the Summer. It has a really nice garden, one that sees a lot of sun throughout the day. Having lunch here is always pleasant. As it’s just outside of center, it’s rarely crowded. The food is quite decent. I’ve come here a dozen times and have never been sorely disappointed. The pasta dishes are good and they make very good pierogis.
The weekday lunch special is a pretty good deal. For 20zł you get a soup and salad, plus complimentary bread. Prices are in general quite reasonable here.

Restaurant is what looks like a large home with a beautiful garden, located just a few minutes walk from the center of Krakow. The menu is extensive and offers a lot of different Italian favorites and different twists on other foods as well (my friend was obsessed with trying a fish with orange and dill sauce but never did get it, yet talked for days after about how bad she wanted to try it!) We all ordered pizza and beer and the pizza was a bit dry (needed more sauce) but I thought mine was decent. Bill was cheap at 40 eur total for 5! Décor and waiting staff were both great at Mieta Restobar.
