Wonderful, welcoming atmosphere and great brews! Great prices and huge selection, both on tap and bottled. Staff is knowledgeable and can make recommendations for whatever your fancy on the fly. It also has a full bar, so if beer is not your thing, no worries, they have you covered!

Yes, I am a fan of this place and of course beer. What could go wrong with a house of beer? Nothing. Or well, besides the part where you have one too many.
Great place not far from the Market Square. They have a wide selection of (mostly local — or at least I think so) beer here. Both on tap and bottled.
I tried a lot of various beers here. And being Norwegian is ok here. The only reason I am mentioning this is that craft beer here compared to the prices in Poland is from another galaxy. This makes me appreciate the crafted beers here even more so, cause I am able to spend less and try more. Such a win. Enough said.
Service was good and they knew what they were talking about and could tell us a lot about the different beers they had on tap, which is a good thing if you are a bit specific about what sort of beers you like to enjoy.
Good location, good beer, good value for money and I would love to go back another time if ever in Krakow. For me this was one of the best beer places in the city and I sure can recommend you to go here. Can be a bit crowded on a late evening, but they do have a big «cellar» as well, so there should be enough room for a big crowd.

Really rude staff. Don’t get bottled beer-​period! It’s flat. It’s sat a very long time it seems.

Popped in to the House of Beer tonight for a quick drink. The selection is huge, now I’m not a beer drinker but the staff asked me what I liked and made a recommendation at it was spot on. Just for that I recommend this place. Just try new and different beers.
The only down side was that I got some funny looks and could understand why. When I looked in the mirror my head was covered in ash from the fireworks. I must have looked like an idiot hahahah

This place is awesome. The beer list is extensive and there are so many things that you can’t get in the states. Highly recommended for those visiting Kraków and are looking for unique beers (Polish and not) that you won’t be able to find just anywhere. At one point I began to select bottled beers based off their labeling– a fun game that left me warm for my walk home. Highly recommended.

For a place called House of Beers you would think they would have many international choices and have knowledge of different types.
Since there is no menu you basically need to know the bottles you are staring at on the wall. I like IPAs so I ordered the only one I could see on the wall. When I asked the bartender for the IPA he didn’t even know what beer I was referring to and we had to play the point and ask game. My boyfriend asked for something similar to a chocolate stout and they seemed baffled and then recommended a stout they thought was great. After we said OK they explained «it’s like Guiness.» Probably wouldn’t have ordered it if they had said that in the beginning.
My IPA was almost room temperature as well.
No Asian beers, only saw Budweiser from US (barf) and almost everything else was your basic European variety. While they do have many options they just don’t measure up to other specialty beer bars.
I must hand it to them though for the atmosphere. It is a nice place to hang out. Just don’t expect top options if you are used to micro brew types.

A nice little bar in the heart of Krakow. It’s got the charm of an old English pub but is infused with a strong Polish atmosphere. Plenty of interesting beers on tap and lots of little nooks and crannys around to sit in. The bar has a great atmosphere and is a perfect place for a few drinks with friends.

As the name implies this pub specialises in beer ;) There is a whole wall of different bottles to choose from. I don’t actually like beer, but luckily they had a few ciders (British amongst them to choose from. I had Weston’s dry cider at 15 zloty bottle, which is cheap in comparison to the Irish MBassy 25 a bottle (admittedly that is for a full pint rather than 500ml).
The interior is really nice, with the tables nicely spaced out and subtle lighting. The place can get really busy, so it’s worth reserving a table. Or even better one of the really comfy leather sofas.

My friends and I spent two nights in Krakow, and ended up here on both of them. Seriously, if you’re into beer and want to sample a lot of Eastern European offerings at reasonable prices, look no further. The bartenders are knowledgeable (and speak English, which was a must for us American college students), very helpful in suggesting what you may like, and quick to reel off their favourites if you just want to toss your hat in the ring and have a pint of something random. The atmosphere is quite chill, but it does get crowded later in the evening so you may have trouble finding a seat. They also broadcast football (fine, fine, soccer) games here, so this would be a fun, chill place to catch your favourite team.

I come here every time I am in Kraków and bring all my friends. I love it, they love it, if you like beer and a chill atmosphere — then you’ll love it too.

Beer!!! Lots and lots of beer. There are so many different kinds of beer here it is hard to choose one and most definetly is not possible to try them all without a long term comitment. Tonz of seating, a great place to watch the soccer game with friends.
