Bianca

Not cheap place on the Market Square. Interior is nice but hard to get any privacy there as tables are close to each other. Food is just average. Pasta and octopus were definitly too soft. Nothing special.

We really enjoyed our meal at Bianca. Excellent quality and creative combinations. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall very good and yes I would go dine there again

Bianca is, to my mind, the perfect restaurant.
Starting of course with the food, the entire menu is a selection of finely honed variations on traditional Italian food — the magic of a small number of exquisite ingredients brought together in precise proportions and prepared with passion and skill that is a feature of the best Italian dining.
This is one of the two best Italian restaurants in Cracow, and the other is run by Italians.
In very notable addition to the food is the outstanding service. In a culture where customer experience is rarely a consideration, somehow Bianca has found a selection of multilingual waiting staff who are not only professional in their skill set, but friendly and helpful at all times, and highly passionate about the food they’re serving. Never have I found that they were unable to tell me what was in a particular dish or how it tasted, or recommend an appropriate wine from their selection.

I have not written in awhile due to some of the places I went to visit were closed. Looking for an Italian place near the Main Square in Krakow, we found Bianca. You should not leave Krakow without having a meal there. The Chef (Robert) has done something special with the menu. 18 tables quaint, great background Jazz music. Wine list was good. Our waitress, Klaudia was very attentive. Worth every penny! The mixed seafood was excellent. Bön appetit!

Our best meal in Kraków. Small and quaint. The service was excellent. We wanted a change of pace from traditional Polish food and this Italian place delivered. My wife ordered the lasagne and I believe I ate more of her dish than I did of my own. The sauce was perfect in the texture, flavors and temperature. I ordered the veal which were two chops very well presented. Bathroom is must see as wallpaper has sayings such as «I will not marry for love twice».

Great Italian restaurant. Small and very friendly staff members. Highly recommend. Anti pasti were great, and pasta as well. Only minor glitch was that pasta were not al dente even tough I asked specifically for it.
