This little hole-in-the-wall serves up some fantastic sushi! The fish selection is a little limited(mostly salmon, tuna, halibut, scallops, and soft-shell crab), but the freshness makes up for it. And they compensate by offering a wide range of rolls. And the price is surprisingly reasonable, considering that it’s Norway and it’s sushi!

Probably the only sushi place in Bergen that has a wide variety of sushi rolls that are all pretty good! I love their sushi, though I wish they could be even more creative!

This place doesn’t look like much. Morning fancy, no bells and whistles, just a dingy looking shop on some corner in Bergen. The menu isn’t crazy. No concoctions here will blow your mind. But the simplicity and the freshness of the food will. Ichiban has the best sushi in Norway at affordable prices. This place is mostly to go food. If you stay and eat, you’ll see a constant flow of people coming in and out. And your food is served on plastic trays; no plates here. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
