Amelia Hemphill — Owner /Director. Amelia has been in «the business» for over 17 years. Before joining Nosh, Amelia was the Food and Beverage manager at the 5 star Skycity Grand hotel. Amelia bought the business in 2012 after working for Nosh for 3 years. «I have always been a foodie and have always had a passion for food, beautiful presentation and quality service — that was my motivation for buying the business.»
