Great driving range, plenty of booths and they opened the other area for us when requested. A good range of club heights and interesting obstacles to make it a bit different. I rate it!

A good place to have fun, place to chill, smack some balls late at night if you’re wanting a slightly more physically engaging hang-out than a coffee or movie. I’ve only been here a few times at night, and it does get quite rowdy with a bunch of youths appearing each time I’ve been here but I assume this only happens at night. More serious golfers should probably avoid this time of day.

Came here for the first time the other day to try out the driving range because I had a voucher for a free bucket of balls. We went on the Monday after easter, we gave them a call first and were surprised to find they were open. Four of us when along and we bought something like 600 balls(6 buckets) and hired three clubs, all together that cost us $ 18 each so it was quite a cheap trip out. The driving range is 24 hour which is really cool and when you purchase your golf balls they give you a code which you punch into the machine and that dispenses them for you. We all had such a great time we were there for ages. They have different targets for you to hit as well as markers that tell you how far you are hitting. We all tried to get the red target in the middle and while we got close none of us got it square on so we are all planning our next visit so that this can be achieved!

What could be better than a 24 hour driving range? Not much I reckon. I come to this place often, and even though the booths are not the best, this is still my favourite driving range around. They have the old, non adjustable tees in each booth which can be a hassle sometimes when you’re trying to find one that is the right height. The electronic driving ranges with the fully adjustable tees are certainly easier and more user friendly, but I think the convenience factor of this range and the fact that it’s always open attracts many customers. If you go late at night on a Friday or Saturday and there will always be the odd car of punters drinking in the carpark before indulging in some drunken golf ball hitting. This is the place to be it seems.

The driving range is a really popular spot among people I know. Apart from being open 24 hours a day, its a great price and lots of fun. I’m terrible at golf but that fact that I can buy 100 balls to hit for $ 13(and that handy little driver, what would I do without you!), chances are I’ll hit at least one with a good swing. Theres a lot of bays here so there isn’t usually a waiting time. Alternatively, you can share a bay with friends and take turns which usually turns out to be more fun anyway! What I like the most about the driving range is that you can go at your own pace and there’s no one waiting in line. It’s a great group activity or if you’re flying solo, a great stress reliever. The guys at JK’s are really helpful and knowledgeable, so you’re in good hands 24⁄7.

The best thing about JK’s? It’s open 24 hours a day! So no matter what time I feel like smashing some balls, I know I can head out there and get my fix. Perfect for people staying near the airport, maybe on a business trip or stopover, and there’s usually no issues finding a gallery to use.
