I had a wonderful experience visiting Westpac in Glenfield, situated in the Westfield Mall.
The reason I was popping in to this branch concerned my little one and the fact that I wanted to start a bank account for him. Although he’s not old enough to realise what money is yet, in the future he will thank me for giving him a head start in life.
So my appointment to see a friendly staff member went very well, I was seated comfortably in the office, and filled out a few forms, provided some important documents, and everything was finalized within a few minutes. My little one, even received a free Westpac trust helicopter money bank.
The professional help and manner at this branch is superb; and I was even helped with depositing my money straight away into my boys account via the machine, very innovative and time efficient!
