My house is full, and there is no place for any new items, sporting equipment or toys. So full indeed that I need to keep half of my stuff at a storage facility. The main implication is that I never have to shop for anything except booze and food. An implication that is easy on the pocket and my ability to spend Saturdays watching sport. Needless to say, I don’t have any need for browsing about at Op shops or thrift stores, so I seldom do. But with a new formed love for squash(I’ve played twice), it inspired me to shop around for a racquet or two. By chance I stopped by the Family store in Torbay, only to find two second hand squash racquets, and both in okay shape. Marked at ten bucks a piece, I proceeded to the tills, only for the lady to sell them to me at fifteen dollars for both; bargain. I didn’t ask for discount or anything, she was just happy to make the sale. Good service is always welcomed, and this store is a good place to scrounge about for interesting tidbits.
