Loved the langham high tea, tasty finger food that was surprisingly filling. As it was a really hot summers day I opted for an iced tea, fruity, flavoursome and refreshing and just perfect.
We were a large table (10+) but the staff were very professional, happy to answer any questions and even managed to whip up a wheat free option with limited notice.
The berry macaroon was the standout on a plate off great tasting food. Managed to try the scones n jam (just) my recommendation is to book the high tea at lunch.

Simply the best way to treat your Mom or loved ones in your life. But make sure you book ahead to avoid disappointment. Everything was of the highest quality. Including the silverware. 2 thumbs up all the way. :-). Will go back again for sure. The only downside is that the valet parking option cost 20 bucks.

Anyone for tea and scones?
This is the kind of establishment where raising your little pinky whilst supping from a cup of tea is almost a requirement.
My gal pals and I regularly come here to get our inner girly princesses on and we dress up for the occasion too, dresses and heels, High tea shouldn’t be enjoyed any other way!
While it is a little pricy at $ 45 a sitting, it’s really something you must do at least once while you are visiting Auckland.
Dainty club sandwiches, light little pastries and tarts, and lots of little offerings for the sweet tooth, need I say more!
The tea itself is even blended by the Langham’s very own international master tea blender; Mr Alex Probyn.
Ooh fancy pants.

Whenever you need to take your best girlfriend or your mum out for something a bit special, you can’t go past High Tea at the Langham! It’s always different and always amazing. So many intricate cakes and treats, and specialty teas. The fancy décor and beautifully upholstered furniture make you feel like a princess eating endless mini cakes.
