Meet the Manager

Michael Y.

Manager

At 12 years old Michael was already a budding young Chef, Spending time in the kitchen with various family members he discovered his passion for food. Raised in a food orientated family he grew up with a wide variety of cuisines and it wasn’t long before he entered the world of professional cooking at 14. Over his career he has had the pleasure of working in a number of well known establishments in the Auckland area including Kermadec Fine Dining, Orbit Revolving Restaurant and Masu winners of Auckland’s Best Restaurant 2014, and has worked with some of New Zealand’s Finest chefs Including Ben Bailey, Peter Thornley, and Nick Watt. He now brings his experience to our FOH team as Restaurant Manager, with an eye for detail and a dedication to good service he will have you walking out Full of Great Food and a Smile on your Face
