Very happy with Slingshot. I have been a customer for two years & rarely had a problem. Rock solid service. Good customer service. No data caps plan is great value for money. I do wish they have fibre service in my area though.

I have to say Slingshot never used to have the best reputation for customer service or reliability. However over the last couple of years they’ve got a lot better. I’ve been with Slingshot for around a year. We’ve had one night of downtime but that’s about it. Set up was easy and they were extremely easy to deal with. I’ve been a happy customer and will continue to be. Not to mention their pricing is fair and good value for money. Highly recommend to those looking for a decent residential Telco!

Internet data caps.
I’m gonna get all first world problem on this and say when you go over your internet cap it’s just the worst! We had a week or so of this for a couple of months at my flat, and the insanely slow loading of pages is just too painful.
We decided to change our ISP provider to Slingshot. We are now on unlimited for $ 90 a month (because we don’t have a landline; Slingshot also do landline and internet packages).
In a stroke of genius, with their other plan options any data you don’t use is transferred over to your next month! (This doesn’t expire for 12 months).
We are now a very happy flat as we can look up as many cat videos as we want, as well as stream our favourite tv shows to our hearts content.
I’ve heard some people say negative things about Slingshot, like the internet is slower, but honestly, I haven’t experienced this.
