Ragu opens at 4pm Tuesday to Saturday.
We offer both a small plates menu & full a la carte dining. We have a separate bar with fireplace, main dining room, private dining room with its own bar (seats 36) and a «kids room». The children’s room is open from 4−7pm and has a selection of toys, books, blocks and colouring pages. We offer a full children’s menu.
We have outdoor seating for 24 sitting looking out at the square and gardens beside the public library.
It is an international style of cuisine with dishes from all over the world. 75% of our dishes are gluten free and vegan dishes are always available. We are available for private functions for lunches and on Sunday nights
History
Established in 2010.
Ragu opened in 2010 in the business that was formerly Point 5 9 and The Point. The partners involved are Eugene Gibson, Steve McKenzie & Mandy Lusk. The three were former owners and founders of la Zeppa and are still currently involved in Vivace in the city
