Which means, businesses will no longer need to co-​ordinate interviews with two, three or more individuals, hence saving time and money.

History

Established in 2013.

Just like all great ideas, InterviewNZ was founded out of a pain in the market that needed a solution. InterviewNZ allows business owners, hiring managers and HR departments to pre-​screen shortlisted job applicants using an online video platform that enables pre-​recorded questions to be answered from any location at any time of the day. No longer do hiring managers need to co-​ordinate multiple diaries, stay after hours or sit through the standard 1hr meeting when conducting first interviews.
