I would go zero star if I could simply because of a 4 dollar charge for soda water. Wine selection average, ambiance of a funeral parlour, barman’s attitude rude. Ok I accept airport lounges are a complete rip off and this one fitted the bill on that but would’ve been polite to inform the cost of TAP soda water in advance. Rude, poor hospitality and a cautionary tale for travellers going through Auckland International Airport! Go find a better place with a better attitude.
