If you’re on the lookout for some nice, more fancy wine than your local supermarket, Ellerslie Wine Cellars is a great place to stop in. They have a really big range of wines from New Zealand wines, Australian wines and others from around the world. Of course they are more pricey than the cheap wine you’ll get at the supermarket, but they do have a good price range. The staff are very knowledgable as well and will help you out if you are after a particular kind of wine, or if you don’t know too much about the different types of wine they’ll help you out.

If you are after a wine different to the usual kiwi wines, or just have a real taste for Italian wine, then head on over to Ellerslie WIne Cellar where you will find a reasonable range of not only New Zealand wine, some flasher than that of the supermaket range, but also Australian, Italian, French, south African etc. The prices are not out of this world expensive, but fairly reasonable for something a bit different. you will find however, their Nwe Zealand wine stock cheaper in other stores. Not a bad shop for overseas variety, and also stocks the usual beer and liquor options.
