Decent gym, has pretty much everything you need. Big open, high ceiling open area that houses the free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, circuit training, and virtual spinning areas. They also have a ‘Funxtion zone’ that houses the new Funxtiom group lesson but outside of lesson times can be used for your own workout. There’s one lesson room where they give everything from yoga and Pilates to Bodypump, kickboxing, and Zumba (to name a few).
This is a perfectly decent gym for a relatively low price. There aren’t a lot of extras, but then that’s not really the Fit For Free business model.
