Cheese, cheese & more cheese! The Cheese Specialist, as this store is called in Dutch, is in fact a great place to get your cheese fix. If you’re lactose intolerant, though, you’re basically shit out of luck. If you’re not, you’ll find here delectable Goudas, Edam cheese, and a wide variety of French cheeses as well. We picked up a delectable Crottin de Chavignol, some yummy Appenzeller and, quite frankly, too many other cheeses to remember. Yummy, my mouth is salivating just thinking about their cheese!
