If you’re familiar in Bilthoven, then you’re probably familiar with the situation in the Kwinkelier. For those of you that aren’t familiar with it, it’s a shopping centre that for years has needed work and now they’re finally doing some of that work. The Albert Heijn however has not been done yet which means that right now it really can’t get more than three stars. Not their fault. The shop is fine, the staff friendly and helpful, I never have to wait in line for too long so really, everything you want from your grocery store is there. They even have basically anything you could want but if they’re out or don’t carry an item, they’ll order it for you. So, the shop’s downfall? The building is crap, newer stores look much nicer(inside and out) and there’s no option of a self service check-out which saves a lot of time and our regular Albert Heijn(and even the AH to go) does have. I’m hoping that renovations will soon reach this part of the Kwinkelier and help make this Albert Heijn a much more inviting shop.
