My friend and I came here spontaneously after having walked around Amsterdam for hours before. The décor was very trendy and modern, and our waitress and waiter were both very accommodating since we only speak English. In addition, our menu had both English and Dutch translations so there was no need to Google Translate anything. I ordered the mozzarella panini with arugula, sun dried tomatoes, pesto, and salami. My friend got their delicious grilled chicken sandwich with some kind of Asian savory sauce. Both were very good! I will probably take my friends who are coming to visit me soon here for brunch or lunch again!

Burger wasn’t great but the pea soup was very good. Large menu mostly caters to visitors to the Rembrandt House next door. Still if you love pea soup it’s worth the stop.

Seems that food is not freshly made. The customer service is not good, the waiter that served us was rude. They don’t except majority of credit cards and tell you this fact after you finished your food. Not recommending this place.

I would suggest eating elsewhere. This place is pretty busy for a place that is as bad as it is. I got the cheese plate. I would rank it as the worst cheese plate I had in Amsterdam. There were just triangles of cheese. It seemed like cheap cheese I could get at the supermarket. It was pretty disappointing. My husband got a chicken sandwich. I did enjoy the baguette the sandwich came in, which saved this meal for me. He loved the chicken. He forgot that mayonnaise comes with everything so he ended up just taking out the chicken and I ate the baguette with the mayo. This place is probably saved by the fact that it is next to the Rembrandt house. I wouldn’t waste my time here and go elsewhere.

It was okay-ish. Nothing special, service and food were average. Staying for a drink is just fine, but don’t make it a dinner like I unfortunately did.

Very touristic in a bad sense of the word — ugly, loud, no atmosphere, good for a drinking trip, nothing more.

With plenty of outdoor seating and good service, this is a great place to grab a drink and get a snack and just people or canal watch. We got our drinks and food rather quickly and the server was attentive.

Awesome Fish And Chips! We also had our first pancake in Amsterdam. It was the bacon and cheese pancake. We recommend stopping in here when you are visiting the Rembrandt House.

A little expensive and not that much memorable fare. A decent sidewalk seating area nice for watching the people(and bikes) go by. Staff is not particularly attentive.

Ein grosses I(gitt). Achtung! Es ist nur Barzahlung möglich.

Before we started our tour through Amsterdam we had breakfast here. It’s situated next to the famous Rembrandt house and museum. The breakfast plates were big but they served only instant tea. We didn’t taste the beer but it looked good as they served a lot to other guests. :) I will recommend Rembrandts Corner for a rest or if you are thirsty if you are in Amsterdam.

Chilled but traditional bar at the outer edge of the city centre. One star lost as they were understaffed and could quite easily have not noticed if we’d been unscrupulous enough to leave without paying.
