Traditional foods expertly cooked. No foams or fusion here. Instead, perfect execution of favorites. Steamed vegetables still had a bit of crunch, fried potatoes crispy on the outside and soft inside. Grilled salmon filet (skin removed) was crisp on the outside with the center still barely creamy. Slices of pork roast with a light orange cream reduction sauce. The cook obviously takes pride in the work. Well worth the wait time and the modest price. We would definitely return to this restaurant.
