Passenger Terminal Amsterdam

Diesmal lagen wir am Stadthafen und wir waren in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt. Es gibt hier ein modernes Terminal, ähnlich wie in Hamburg. Hier sieht man kleine Souvenier Stände und AIDA Zugang geht sehr schnell. Alles optimal.

Was invited to attend the Nike Christmas party 2013 because currently working there as a contractor. The theme of the evening was «Freaky Sneaker Ball» and the location was the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam. Although big part of the great evening was because of the theme and how everything was organised by Nike, the location for sure was important also!
The location of the PTA is super: you can have a nice view over the IJ and it shows that they are used to accommodate parties with large groups. Also the fact that it is very close by (walking distance) to the central station makes it easy reachable. Only be aware that if the party you are attending lasts till later in the night and you have to use the night trains in Amsterdam, you have to be careful which way to walk, because only one entrance of the central station is open during the night! (Found this out the hard way… Still made my train though :))

So you are on your way back to the ship… this is the last place you can shop.
If you are like my mother you just have to get a few more things for those people back home.
In this case this the stop where she bought a cheese slicer that she though she could carry onto the airplane ride home… um sorry Momma. Yeah, it definitely put the TSA people on high alert.
I digress… this is a easy breezy passenger terminal and it’s super clean.
