This is less of a restaurant and more of a Portuguese social club and a place to watch soccer/football on the big screen(the loyalty here is for Porto, though Benfica games are on when Porto isn’t playing). So I can’t really recommend that you check this place out unless you are Portuguese and miss the taste of home or happen to have Portuguese friends who are in the know! The décor is barebones, just some long tables and folding chairs, a large screen(and several smaller ones), and a smoking room. Oh, and wi-fi! There is a very basic food and drink menu posted near the front, but most of the times our friends will usually order carafes of red wine or bottles of beer and chorizo(which you cook yourself at the table) with bread as soon as we sit down. There seems to be only one main course option each night and it will vary from steak to pork served in a sandwich or with salad, fries and/or rice. Occasionally, they will offer Portuguese specialties such as caracois(snails) or bolinhos de bacalhau(codfish and potato croquettes). Very simple meals but authentic and tasty! We often come here with«members» of this club who pay a fee to be able to reserve tables for popular games and get reduced prices on food and drink, so it makes for a very cheap night out for a ton of food and drink!
