A tourist outside the canal area? Oh my! Call the authorities! My friend and I stumbled upon this place because it looked very alive for a bar on a Sunday night. We ended up walking into a private birthday party for a bunch of Sagittarius! At first the bartender would not serve my Aussie mate (knowing we were not part of the party), but once the wonderful host noticed us without drinks he gladly got us both a glass of wine. It was really nice to see such happy and lively folks in Amsterdam. Mulliner’s Wijnlokaal is quite large and I found the interior to be very warm and elegant. I think it would be a great place to have some dinner and drinks if you are looking for a nice night out.
