Nice little shop for some healthy products. Small in size, but a pretty good selection. –1 star: You have to weigh your produce and tag it. I don’t like that. Nope. So, this lazy shopper heads to AH/Albert Cuyp for her groceries. :) But, I’m at Eko quite often for this and that.

I found a market in Amsterdam, which is equivalent to Whole Foods and Trader Joes in the states! I was happy to know there was another store where I could purchase more gluten free items. Having food allergies can be really challenging for me at times, so if your one of those people like myself with many allergies or just want to eat healthy while your on vacation, then I would suggest doing your grocery shopping at Eko Plaza. They have stores located all over the Netherlands. They even know the proper way of recycling bags from the store, which impressed me because it’s a good environmental choice. I wish more stores would try this recycling method. However, most of the regular super markets such as Albert Heijn also sell plenty of Gluten-free items, but my first choice would be to stop by Eko Plaza.
