Ons of the nicest places in the center to have a coffee with a cake. De Drie Graafjes is known for the best of the best cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies, muffins and brownies. Think about: carrot cake, New York style cheesecake, Red Velvet cake, Lemon meringue pie, Traditional Apple pie, White chocolate macadamia nuts cookies, Chocolate chip walnuts cookies, Raspberry cheesecake muffin and … more. Besides all these yummyness, there are lot’s of sandwiches and breads for lunch. And everything is baked in the American Bakery next door, where you can also order to go (like I did for my birthday lately).
I wonder how it can be that nobody reviewed this great bakery and lunchroom. Squeezed in between the little streets in the center, behind the Dam square, just of the busiest shopping street of Amsterdam (Nieuwe Dijk) and just across the back of de Nieuwe Kerk, You could not find a better place to drink your coffee and eat you came.
