I have never walked into a store and then had the sales person or owner refuse to show me the goods on sale — until today. This person was not only lazy but also rude verging on belligerent. I asked if he had any Serapi’s — he pointed to the middle of a stack of carpets; said yes and refused to show them as it would be too much work to uncover. I left immediately after.
