I finally managed to get the billing errors fixed. After several emails they got back to me. I had not any more problems since so I think we are good to go for 5 stars again.
They also improved the rental experience by adding new rules on minutes save if you recharge the car and also increased the numbers of cars available.
The website also had been redesigned with a more friendly approach.
