Amigo Hostel Amsterdam

In most cities, a location like this wouldn’t be ideal, but in Amsterdam I think the distance helps insulate the hostel from obnoxious partiers. The hostel room itself was clean and spacious, but the common area was a bit cramped and a bit headache-​inducing due to people smoking outside. This was made up for by an extremely helpful and friendly staff at the reception desk. Also, beware that this building involves an extremely steep staircase, as is common in Amsterdam.
