Supertolle Sache…

Go-to place for quick snacks and drinks. Always smelled delicious, freshly baked pastries! Selection of ready meals, dry foods, and beverages. Self-checkout counters also expedite the process. Note: Does not sell other essentials.

This Albert Heijn is inside Central Station and is a «to-go» version(which is a mini version of their regular shops). They sell the typical stuff you’d find at a gas station market. Stopped by to grab some drinks & goodies for our day trip out to Zaanse Schans for the Windmill Museum. Usually busy since everyone’s running from one station to another. Credit Cards accepted.

A good Albert Heijn to go location. For being in a train station it is relatively large. One great thing too is that they do not try to rip you off here. The proces are not bad and things even go one sale here just like they do in the regular stores. Also if the line is long and you just want a coffee you can buy you coffee at the machines in the front of the store, it is not the best coffee ever but it is fast.

This mini version of the Albert Heijn supermarket chain is located next to platform 15a and b within Centraal Station at the back. We were catching an inter city train to Brussels and this is perfect for grabbing any last minute items — cold drinks etc — that you fancy for the journey.
