In order to not butcher this review in Spanish I’ve decided to write it in English. Upon writing this review I assume that this S & J Hair location is the same owner as the store in the Microplaza off of Insurgentes and so if it is not please feel free to correct me. For anyone who would be a customer be warned that they have no return policy. All sales are final and they will refuse to refund or exchange unless there was some sort of mistake on their part. Whatever that is supposed to mean. The other day my wife and I purchased some hair creams on behalf of her mother. Although it was the right brand it was unfortunately the wrong type. Upon returning to exchange the item we were discourteously greeted with an older lady who refused to make the exchange and flat out told us it’s not her fault my wife picked the wrong type and so she’s not gonna make the exchange. My wife even asked if it was a question of price differences, provided her the receipt, and told her if it was a question she would pay the difference. The woman flat out refused and with her sour disposition sent us on our way. Now I know that every business wants to make a buck, but it is important to understand that in the course of scrounging for a few dollars, and not satisfying your customer, you risk alienating them and guaranteeing they will not come back to your store. Yes we picked the wrong cream, but this little annoying bit of unprofessional attitude your business has shown guarantees you that we will not be returning to make any purchase anytime in the future. You have made a few pesos off of us, but you’ve lost thousands of pesos of any future purchases we would’ve made at your establishment. We will be visiting your competitors in the future, and we’re gonna make sure everyone we know in Tijuana who might want to shop in your store won’t. Good luck…
