Had some laser resurfacing with minimal results.
Their prices are high. Even higher than U.S. prices.
Botox, fillers and skin products are insanely over priced.
Why go to Mexico when their prices are so high and risking the outcome. In my case the results are not what I expected. I though I was saving $$ by going to Tijuana, but «You get what you pay for; is an understatement. Because these guys charge what San Diego plastic surgeon charge. And you Don’t get the safety and results.

I highly recommend having any procedure done here. I was given a quote for $ 7,000 to have a breast augmentation alone done in Newport Beach, CA. For less than that, I had not only BA done but a lift and lipo as well! Definitely stay in the recovery boutique that is just downstairs in the same building. They have around the clock nurse care and everyone is SO sweet and helpful. The food is really good too! I can’t imagine being kicked out right after surgery like I would have in the states. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and modern.
If you are worried at all about having a procedure done in Tijuana, worry no more! Vida/​Cosmed Clinic is the place to go! I’m very happy with the work done. I had Dr. Fuentes and all of the staff is friendly and helpful AND speak English.

I went in with Dr. Quiroz to get a breast augmentation at his hospital in Tijuana. I was a 32AA and went up to a 275cc which equalled out to a 32C. What can I say I am so happy and grateful with my results!!! They look extremely natural, which is what I wanted after all. What can I say the staff was amazing and the hospital is modern and gorgeous. The staff and doctors made me feel very comfortable and at ease at all times! I would 100% recommend this facility to everyone!

I highly recommend taking a day to get pampered at CosMed. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored at all. My consultation was realistic and was not sold something I didn’t need.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Quiroz, Dr. Fuentes and Dr. Garcia all very knowledgeable and friendly, never once did I feel uncomfortable. I was given a tour of the facilities, they were amazing, state of the art equipment and well staffed.
I did a little filer and some Botox and was extremely pleased with the results. I have no bruising and no unusual swelling. Everything was unpackaged in front of me and mixed properly, No hocus-​pocus pre-​drawn mystery syringe of over priced water. The real deal! Thank You for making me feel appreciated.
I plan on returning and having a spa day with friends…

Yes would highly not recommend this place always go to a surgeon were you have seen and heared others get worked with because I saw a video on YouTube were some girl got lipo and one side was more fat then other Her butt transfers were horrible on top of that she got Timmy tuck looked like she got butcher ! I was a patient of Dr. Quiroz 20 years ago and I’m a patient of his again. Twenty years ago he did breast augmentation for me which are «still» in good shape. I was so pleased with the results then that I’m here now just having had a brow lift done. And, once again, I’m very pleased with the results. Dr. Fuentes took off a brown spot of my face with no problems. While I had his attention, I took advantage of his time and asked him to look at some other skin conditions I’d been experiencing. He quickly put my mind at ease with his knowledge and his expertise in skin conditions and in explaining what use and what not to use based on your skin type. Why the other negative reviews? I dunno… makes you wonder if those individuals were healthy upon there arrival here, probably not. I get the sense they would have experienced the same issues at any other doctors office whether it was in Tijuana or not. The staff here is nothing but kind, caring, and very professional. The driver picked me up promptly at the airport, with surgery soon follow. Afterwards, I was taken into my beautiful room and looked after the entire time during my stay. The staff would check to see if I wanted to eat in my room or not. They offered to wash my hair if needed. Two night minimum stay is required and longer depending on what procedure/​s are done. The facility is beautiful; the prices are half of what the prices are in the US. There were woman having lipo on thighs and deposited into the lips, lower face lift, a complete body makeover, and my brow lift. All these with no complaint. So as you can see they are very versatile in there procedures. Michelle the patient next door to me who flow in from Canada, was so pleased with the staff she bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers that would have easily cost $ 100 in the US cost only $ 20 here, vase included! Will I be back in a few years for another procedure, you betcha. I’ll do a follow up in a few weeks, stay tuned.

DONT NOT GO HERE, my aunt got work done here and they left her butchered like a animal. She came back with infections and is now suffering. The recovery part was horrible, nurses did not attend to her and by the 3^rd day they told her she needed to leave because they needed the room. They scam you for your money and leave you half dead. The doctor’s name is Alejandro Quiroz, after he found out my aunt was in the hospital he kept telling her they were lying to her. She still has open wounds that won’t heel right, this doctor needs to be locked up and he should get a taste of his own medicine.

UPDATE: Dr. Fuentes possibly did the abrasion to the face too deep because now I have white spots and no pigment in a few areas. I would never recommend this facility or Dr. Fuentes to anyone. I would not recommend the facility because I wrote the director and gave him info. on all the problems and he did nothing either.
