Thr Best and only Puerto Rican food restaurant you are going to find anywhere in baja as well in California. I have visit a few Restaurants in San Diego the serve Puerto Rican cuisine and left very disappointed. The makes «habichuelas» from scratch and make his own Adobo. He uses the right type of grain when it comes to the rice, so tasty it can fend for itself. The food comes out so good you would think you are in the Island!
The chef is super cool. In fact, I spend so much time in there that if you come down there you probably going to meet me as well.
