This hotel completely serves its purpose: it is an efficient, convenient, business-oriented establishment. The beds are comfortable, the service is great and if you need to get anywhere, you can ask the front desk to arrange it for you.
If you need a little exercise, try the indoor pool around 7 in the morning: it’s not very large but except if I’m around, you will be by yourself.
The breakfast is not the best I’ve had but this is good enough for an Holiday Inn Express.

No siempre las cadenas manejan los mismos servicios y mucho en ocasiones tampoco manejan la misma atención, aquí en este hotel podrás encontrar calidad, excelente servicio, comodidad y costos no tan elevados ya que la categoría «express» aminora un poco el costo por habitación sin quitarle privilegios o comodidad a su estancia, las habitaciones sencillas son muy amplias, cuentan con cama king size, un escritorio amplio para cuestiones de trabajo por si requieres algo así, pantalla LED grande, un sillón por si gustas reposar o leer algo.
Además cuentan con diferentes salas en donde podrás elaborar conferencias o algún evento.

Absolutely great place to be in Puebla. Close to everything and taxis are only $ 5 USD to most tourist attractions or restaurants. The room was extremely clean and up to American standards of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast included was very decent and the work out room was great. It would be nice if the hotel could have room service and/or a restaurant open all day. However, you can always go next door to the El Presidente hotel with full service of restaurants and café. The hotel has also an indoor pool which makes sense since Puebla does not exactly have a tropical weather.
I fully recommend this hotel and I would stay again next time.
