Hampton Inn Monterrey-Galerías Obispado

Return trip, figured maybe I’m just not giving it a chance. Stayed the night in my room only to realize the next morning that the door doesn’t lock. Reported to the front desk, they said they would send someone up while I was out to dinner. The lock wasn’t repaired so they moved me to a suite because they did not have any other rooms available. The suite was dirty and smelled of mildew. I am not hard to please with a clean bed and a place to lay my head, but this place is becoming worse by the minute.
