Westin Santa Fe

Trabajaba hace unos meses en los corporativos que están enfrente del hotel. Varías ocasiones me quedaba hasta muy tarde laborando y optaba por hospedarme en este lugar… Sinceramente es otro mundo, atención de primera, la habitación es muy cómoda, internet rápido, la comida es deliciosa, ame la tina del baño, el Gym súper completo, tienen de todo para tener una buena rutina. La vista es genial, simplemente hermoso. El precio es alto, arriba de los 4,500 pesos por noche.

I stayed at the Westin Santa Fe on business for two nights. Location was great but other than that it was a grossly overpriced hotel. The hotel added several fees above what they had quoted as the total price including taxes. At the rate I stayed breakfast was included however the hotel staff tried to add breakfast charges to the bill 3 times. My main gripe with this hotel is that they charge for Wi-​Fi access, about $ 12 USD per day, that on top of a $ 300 USD rate for the room per day is outrageous. The staff was not friendly at times, especially at the restaurant where one of the waiters complained that a $ 30 pesos tip (10%) was too little (it was a buffet). The room was decent. This is really a 3-​stars hotel based on service, priced as 5-​stars. I will check other hotels in my next visit to Santa Fe in Mexico City.
UPDATE 10/​28/​2015: the hotel charged extra USD$ 26 per night on fees not disclosed in the final bill.

I go to Mexico City all the time. This will be my new hotel of choice. Best stay ever. Hotel is modern, clean, safe, hip and had great service at every level. Starbucks, all types of restaurants and hipster level nightlife right next door at CENTRAL. There is no better stay in my opinion. Viva Westin Santa Fe!

I have stayed at this hotel twice for business and both times I have enjoyed my stay. There is always great staff. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The wifi is free. I did enjoy the view from the bar at the top. It’s not very close to much so you can’t quite walk around outside of the hotel to shop but they do have many restaurants which are right next door and below the hotel and great for dinner and drinks. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

La primera vez que fui a este lugar fue por asuntos de trabajo. En esa ocasión me invitaron a la terraza para hacer una sesión de fotos con una famosa conductora de deportes. El chiste de esta sesión era mostrar la suntuosidad de la terraza con la modelo y los accesorios.
La terraza me pareció increíblemente bella. La recepción de esta parte de la terraza está decorada con grandes botellas de colores que forman una especie de candelabro.
Afuera, puedes disfrutar de un rico coctel a la orilla de la alberca, o bien meterte a nadar en la pequeña alberca y, de esta forma, refrescarte de estas ondas de calor.
Si lo que quieres es darte una sesión de relajación, puedes ir a visitar el spa, donde seguro te ayudarán a olvidarte de todos los problemas, aunque sea por unas horas. La atención es extremadamente amable y consentidora.
El lugar es muy caro pero, si tienes ganas de darte un lujo, quizá este sea el lugar que estas buscando.

Wow con este hotel. Vista panorámica al bosque, gym muy padre, no es alberca pero sí un lugar para remojarse la mugre un rato en el exterior y tomar el sol, spa, un restaurante que se llama pinzimini con rica comida, centro de conferencias, de negocios. Lo tiene todo este lugar.
No se muy bien qué diantre hacía yo ahí, no me hospedé, pero fue muy muy agradable andar de paso. Si se nota el lujo y la exclusividad. El ambiente y atención inmejorable. Sólo en uno de Cancún había sentido eso de estar en EL lugar ideal y pues en Park Plaza tienes todo lo demás que se te pueda ocurrir así que es un círculo único de lujo. Si está muy bien.
