My colleague and I were staying at the Hilton Hotel near Vesuvio. We dediced to venture out and try something new. I’m so happy we did because the food was outstanding. I had the formaggio di capra salad and she had the insalata di spinaci. Both were exceptionally good with fresh, crisp vegetables. Next, I had the rissotti al formaggi and she had the radicchio e gorgonzola. Again, both entrees were exceptional and flavourful. The waiter recommended a red wine that went so well with the food and was just as we asked(not sweet but not too dry either). He surprised us with the perfect wine for what we were eating but I can’t remember the name — sorry. Finally, we ended with a delicious café latte and two deserts — tiramisu and panna cotta. Chef Arturo was kind enough to come over to our table to check on how we were enjoying the dining experience and gave us suggestions on what we might like to try the next time we come. This will be soon, I hope. Our company always sends our employees to the Hilton and I recommend this restaurant to all of my fellow colleagues. Thank you so much.

Me and my group was just walking around looking for a desert spot near our hotel, Hilton Santa Fe. This review is only for the dessert and soup since we had dinner already. I got the minestrone soup and it was okay. The profiteroles were so damn good and nicely presented. They have an oven brick pizza oven. I am curious to try their food next time.
