Mambo Café Insurgentes

If you don’t speak Spanish, Don’t expect to go in. After having a look on my passport, the bouncer. Asked whether we spoke Spanish and I said «no Hablo espanol» (with a weird accent probably). He left us waiting outside for more than 10 minutes and letting people in.
After asking if we are able to go in, another guy from the crew came by and said that it is an issue bc we don’t speak Spanish and so we should have made reservation.
WTF !!! No need to be a Genius to order cerveza and move your body ballando salsa!!!

Eigentlich hatten wir einen sehr schönen Abend.
Es hat eine Liveband gespielt und zwischendurch gab es gemischte Musik. Also nicht ausschließlich für eingefleischte Salsatänzer.
Zwei Sterne muss ich für den Abschluss abziehen. Statt der üblichen 10% Trinkgeld hat man versucht uns 20% abzuknüpfen. Und das, obwohl die Rechnung von einem Einheimischen beglichen wurde. Das geht einfach mal gar nicht.
Ohne diese Aktion hätte ich gesagt, dass es ein wirklich netter Laden mit angenehmem Publikum (meist jenseits der 30) ist.

¿Cuántos bailarines por acá? Soy de esas personas muy versátiles a las que les encanta salir a conocer bares, antros, cantinas, pulquerías, todos esos sitios en los que se puede ir a platicar y pasar momentos agradables.
No hace mucho visité el Mambo Café insurgentes, me pareció un lugar muy padre para ir a bailar, creo que para ir a bailar salsa definitivamente es el lugar perfecto. Sale de todos los esquemas y es que a pesar de pues la onda es más ir a bailar salsa, no aburre, me pareció muy divertido, no soy de esas personas que baila mucho, pero juro que estando aquí la música te contagia y no puedes parar de bailar. Hay días de la semana (no recuerdo cuál) llevan una orquesta que ameniza la noche.
El lugar sí cuenta con estacionamiento propio y en cuanto a precios realmente no es tan barato, aquí si hay que ahorrarle para poder echar un buen baile y unos buenos tragos.
